BOB FOX TRIO

One of the best jazz musicians in Northern New Mexico and most people are not aware of his great talent.
It’s a fact that Bob Fox is held in the highest of recognition among his peers, but the public is mostly unaware of him. That’s been his choice since moving to Santa Fe more than 25 years ago. Back in the day I got Bob to make two landmark recordings with The Straight Up Quintet, to which he  contributed several compositions. Today it is a rare occasion that Bob takes off his full-time gig at La Casa Sena Cantina, where he serves as music director accompanying singers. I am delighted to say that I once again have succeeded in prying him away to lead his own trio at The Museum Hill Cafe. So come on out and hear for yourself. It’s always one of those concerts that sells out early.
